Activity topics in GASBAŞ have been fixed according to the issue nr. 3218 of the Free Zone Law. According to this law, production, purchase-selling, montage, demontage, maintenance, repair, banking, insurance, leasing, storage management, office renting and other subjects can be realized. Besides, Insurance, banking and consulting activities can be done in GASBAŞ.

GASBAŞ allows a conscious and modern system, which protects the environment and global sources. It's definitely not possible to get permission for the productions, which consist of slag materials that is harmful for the environment.

ACTIVITY LICENCE TERMS

FOR TENANT APPLICANTS

• 15 year for the producer companies
• Licence Application Fee is $ 5.000.

FOR INVESTOR APPLICANTS

• 30 years for the producer companies
• Licence Application Fee is $ 5.000.

It's possible to get activity licence for 49 years or 99 years for the special investments, which can be approved and evaluated by the Free Zones General Directorate on the project base.
